BELLEVUE AREA COMMUNITIES

Clyde Hill is a small upscale community with some magnificent mountain, lake and city views. Located just a few minutes from Bellevue's core shopping district, Clyde Hill is small with only one-square mile of land containing its 1,080 homes and two small businesses. The minimum zoning is 20,000 square foot lots and the population is less than 3,000 people. Your search for upscale homes in the Bellevue area will automatically include Clyde Hill which is served by the Bellevue School District.

LAKEMONT, NEWPORT HILLS & SOMERSET

Lakemont, Newport Hills and Somerset are all served by the award-winning Newport High School. Being located high in the hills south of I-90 these communities enjoy spectacular views of either the Olympic Mountains over the Seattle skyline or the views look north and east over beautiful Lake Sammamish and the Cascade Mountains. Prices vary depending on the views.

WATERFRONT HOMES

If you want waterfront and view homes, there are lakefront homes on Lake Washington and Lake Sammamish which offer gorgeous sunrises over the eastern Cascade Mountains or beautiful sunsets over the western Olympic Mountains.
